Qwilr Pricing in 2026: The Seat Minimum Nobody Mentions

The short answer: Qwilr is $35 per user per month on Starter with 10 documents included and $5 for each one after. Growth is $55 per user per month and requires five seats, so the plan starts at $275 a month whether you are five people or two.

The plans
- Starter — $35/user/month annually, $49 billed monthly. One seat, 10 documents a month, $5 per extra document.
- Growth — $55/user/month, annual billing only. Minimum five seats. 150 documents, $2.50 per extra.
- Scale — $75/user/month, annual billing only. Minimum ten seats. 600 documents, $2.50 per extra.
The three things the headline hides
The seat minimums are real floors. Growth at five seats is $275 a month, or $3,300 a year. Scale at ten seats is $750 a month. A three-person studio cannot buy Growth for three — it buys five.
Documents are metered and overage is charged. Ten a month on Starter, then $5 each. Send a revised version to the same client and you have used two.
Growth and Scale are annual only. There is no monthly option to test them, so the smallest commitment above Starter is a year at $3,300.
What it works out at
On Starter you are paying about $3.50 per document you are allowed to send. That is the number worth carrying into any comparison, because the monthly price alone makes Qwilr look closer to its rivals than the cap does.
Is it worth it?
If the proposal is the pitch, genuinely yes. Qwilr makes the best-looking documents in this category — embedded video, interactive modules, a page that demonstrates craft rather than just describing it. An agency selling design or campaign work can win business on the artefact alone, and that is worth $420 a year.
If you are a solo consultant sending a scope and a price, you are buying an art department you do not need, ten times a month.
