Your logo, colours and business details are applied automatically to everything you send, so the result looks consistent without you formatting anything. You edit the parts you care about and send the link.

How do I send my first proposal?

Create a free account, add your company details and branding once, then paste whatever you already have into the AI Assistant — an email thread, a project brief, or a single sentence — and press Generate Proposal. There is no form to fill in first. You get a complete draft to edit, scope and timeline and pricing, and you send it as a link rather than an attachment. Most first proposals go out in a few minutes.

What does my client have to do to read it?

Open the link. The proposal is a web page, not a file to download, so it works in any browser on a phone or a laptop with nothing to install. When they are ready to accept, they enter their name, email and the date, and press Approve — that is the whole thing.

Can I put my own branding on what I send?

Yes. Your logo, brand colours and business details are applied to client-facing pages automatically, so proposals, quotes and invoices look like they came from you rather than from a tool. Custom branding is on the Starter and Pro plans.

How does the AI drafting work?

Accepted Answer

You give it the messy version — call notes, a half-written scope, bullets typed on your phone — and it drafts a complete proposal from that: an executive summary, scope of work, timeline and a pricing table. Every line stays editable, so you rewrite, reorder or delete anything before it goes out. Nothing is sent until you decide it is ready.

Can the client choose between options?

Yes, and that is the point of an interactive quote. You offer tiers and optional add-ons, and the total recalculates live as the client selects them — no back-and-forth emails asking for a revised number. Whatever they picked comes back attached to the approval, so the scope they agreed to is never ambiguous.

Can clients really approve and sign inside the proposal?

Yes. At the end of the proposal they choose Approve or Decline. Approving opens a short dialog for their full name, email address and the date, and that is the signature — captured against the exact version and the exact options they accepted. No printing, no scanning, no separate signing tool. E-signatures are included on every plan, including Free.

Will I know when a client opens my proposal?

Yes. You can see which proposals have been opened and which are still sitting unread, and you are notified on open and again on approval — so you follow up while you are still top of mind rather than a week later.

Does it handle quotes and invoices too?

An accepted proposal already holds everything an invoice needs, so you turn it into a quote and then an invoice without retyping a line, and send both from the same dashboard. Invoices move through draft, sent, approved and rejected. MyProposer does not process card payments — it produces and tracks the document, and you get paid however you already do. Quotes and invoices are on every plan, including Free — what changes with the plan is how many you can raise in a period.

Is there a free plan?

Yes, and it does not expire or ask for a card. Free gives you two proposals, two quotes, two contracts and two invoices every 30 days, ten AI generations a month, and four live client links at a time. AI drafting, interactive quotes, e-signatures and the client CRM are all included — they are not held back for the paid plans.

How does the 30-day trial work?

It is granted automatically when you create an account — 30 days on Pro, with no card asked for and nothing to activate. When it lapses the account drops to Free on its own. You are never charged for the trial and there is nothing to cancel.

What is the difference between Starter and Pro?

Starter at $2.99 a month takes each document type from two every 30 days to twenty, raises AI generations to fifty, and adds custom branding and email alerts when a client decides. Pro at $6.99 a month moves you to a single pool of 100 documents every 30 days with 250 AI generations, and adds reusable templates, PDF downloads and sending from your own Gmail account. If you just need more room, Starter. If you want templates or to send from your own address, Pro.

What counts towards my limit, and when does it reset?

Every proposal, quote, contract and invoice you create counts. On Free and Starter each type has its own allowance — two of each, or twenty of each — so running out of proposals does not stop you raising an invoice. Pro works differently: one pool of 100 documents covering all four types together. The count resets on a rolling 30 days from when your period started, not on the first of the month. Live client links are separate again — they are a cap on how many can be open at once, not a monthly allowance.

Can I cancel whenever I want?

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from the dashboard, and the refund policy sets out how billing, the trial and refunds are handled. There is no contract to see out.

If you are a freelancer or small studio who needs tomorrow's proposal out tonight, that is what this is for — and plenty of people run both.

MyProposer is built for one person to draft, price and send fast, with the AI writing the first version. If you have a sales team and a review process, they will suit you better. If you are the one writing the proposal, this is less to operate.

Do I still need DocuSign?

Not for proposals. DocuSign adds a signature to a document you produced somewhere else; MyProposer produces the document — drafted, interactively priced — and captures the approval inside it, so there is no PDF to attach and nothing to route through a second tool. If you sign other kinds of contracts, keep whatever you use for those.

Does it replace my project management tool?

No, and it is not trying to. MyProposer covers the stretch from rough notes to a signed proposal and an invoice. Everything after the deal is won — tasks, sprints, delivery — belongs in a tool like Jira or Asana. They sit either side of each other rather than overlapping.
