Refund Policy
Subscriptions renew until you cancel, and cancelling is one click. Here is exactly how billing, the free trial and refunds work.

How billing works
MyProposer is a subscription. You pick a plan, you are billed in advance for the period — billed monthly — and it renews automatically until you cancel.
- Free — $0/month. No card, no renewal, nothing to refund.
- Starter — $2.99/month.
- Pro — $6.99/month.
Prices are in US dollars and exclude any taxes we are required to collect. A third-party payment processor takes the payment; we never hold your full card details.
The 30-day free trial
Every new account is given 30 days of Pro automatically. There is no card involved and nothing to activate, so there is also nothing to cancel and nothing that can be charged for it.
When the 30 days end, the account simply moves to the Free plan on its own. You are never billed as a result of the trial lapsing. If you choose to subscribe to Starter or Pro — during the trial or after it — that subscription begins billing immediately at the price shown; it does not wait for the trial to run out. The trial is available once per customer, and creating extra accounts to repeat it is not allowed under our Acceptable Use Policy.
Cancel any time
Cancellation is self-serve in your dashboard — no email required, no retention call, no hoops.
Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep the paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for, and the account then moves to the Free plan. Your proposals, quotes and contacts stay in the account; features above the Free limits become read-only rather than disappearing.
What we refund
If something has gone wrong on the billing side, we will fix it:
- Duplicate charges — refunded in full.
- Charges taken after you cancelled — refunded in full.
- Charges you did not authorise — refunded, and we will help you secure the account.
- A first payment that clearly went wrong — wrong plan, wrong billing period, wrong currency. Get in touch within 14 days of the charge and we will sort it out.
Beyond those cases we still read every request. If the Service genuinely did not do what we said it would, tell us what happened — we would rather resolve it than argue about it.
What we do not refund
- Time already used. We do not pro-rate the unused part of a period after a cancellation.
- Mid-cycle downgrades. The lower price applies from the next renewal rather than as a cash refund.
- Accounts terminated for breach of the Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.
- Taxes and payment-processor fees we cannot recover.
Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, we will retry it and let you know. If it keeps failing, the account moves to the Free plan rather than being deleted — update the card and you can pick up where you left off.
Price changes
We may change prices. If a change affects your plan, we will tell you before it applies to a renewal so you can decide whether to continue. The price you already paid for the current period does not change. Current pricing is always on the pricing page.
Chargebacks
Please talk to us before raising a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks take weeks, cost both sides fees, and usually get resolved faster by email. While a chargeback is open we may suspend the account until it is settled.
How to request a refund
Contact us from the email address on the account and include the date and amount of the charge, plus a sentence on what went wrong. That is enough for us to find it.
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. How quickly the money appears is up to your bank or card issuer — usually a few business days, sometimes longer.
