Where they agree
Both replaced the PDF with a page the client opens in a browser, and both let the client interact with pricing rather than just read it. That premise is settled.
What Qwilr is better at
Design, without qualification. Embedded video, interactive modules, art-directed layout — a Qwilr page can be a portfolio piece. For agencies whose proposal is the demonstration of capability, that is worth real money.
What the price looks like
Starter is $35 per user per month on annual billing, $49 monthly, and includes 10 documents; extras are $5 each. Growth is $55 per user per month with a five-seat minimum — $275/month before anyone sends anything — and is annual-only. MyProposer Pro is $6.99, flat, for 100 documents every 30 days.
What MyProposer is better at
Getting from notes to sent. Paste the messy version — call notes, an email thread, bullets from your phone — and the AI drafts a structured proposal you edit. The client picks their package inside the link, approves with name and email, and it becomes a quote and an invoice on the same record without retyping.
Who should choose which
Choose Qwilr if you are an agency selling creative work to clients who will judge you on the artefact. Choose MyProposer if you are one person who needs a good proposal out this afternoon and cannot justify $420 a year for ten documents a month.
