Better Proposals Pricing in 2026: Cheap, With a Ceiling
MyProposer Team 5 min read

The short answer: Better Proposals is the cheapest well-known dedicated proposal tool at $13 per user per month on annual billing. Starter caps you at 10 documents a month and a maximum of one user; unlimited sending does not arrive until Enterprise at $42.
Pricing verified on 26 August 2026 by reading each vendor’s own pricing page: Better Proposals’ pricing page. Prices change — check the source before relying on a number here.
The plans
- Starter — $13/user/month annually, $19 monthly. 10 documents. Maximum one user.
- Premium — $21/user/month annually, $29 monthly. 50 documents. Unlimited users.
- Enterprise — $42/user/month annually, $49 monthly. Unlimited documents.
There is a 14-day trial and it asks for no card.
The add-on to budget for
Automated follow-up — Nudge — is not in any plan. It is $10 per user per month on top. On Starter that takes a $13 subscription to $23, a 77% increase, to add chasing that most people assume is standard.
What it works out at
Starter is about $1.30 per document you can send. Premium is about $0.42, which is the better value of the two if you send more than about sixteen a month — the jump pays for itself quickly.
Is it worth it?
For repeatable work, yes. The template library is deep and the copy inside it is genuinely well written, so if you sell the same three packages to the same kind of client you can produce a strong proposal without thinking about structure. That is a real advantage over tools that hand you an empty page.
The ceiling is the thing to watch. One user is a hard maximum on Starter, not a soft one, so the moment a collaborator needs access you are on Premium.
Where MyProposer fits
MyProposer is $6.99 a month for Pro, flat rather than per seat, covering 100 documents every 30 days across proposals, quotes, contracts and invoices. The Free plan is $0 for two of each every 30 days, with AI drafting, interactive quotes, e-signatures and the client CRM included. Every new account starts on 30 days of Pro automatically, no card.
It is a smaller product than the tools above — no team seats, no approval workflows, no Zapier or Salesforce integrations. See the plans or start free.
