Proposify Pricing in 2026: What It Actually Costs
MyProposer Team 6 min read

The short answer: Proposify is $19 per user per month on Basic and $41 per user per month on Team, both billed annually. Business is custom and published as starting at $3,900 a year. Every tier caps sending.
Pricing verified on 26 August 2026 by reading each vendor’s own pricing page: Proposify’s pricing page. Prices change — check the source before relying on a number here, and tell us if you spot one that has moved.
The plans
- Basic — $19/user/month annually, $29 billed monthly. 10 sends a month.
- Team — $41/user/month annually, $49 billed quarterly. 30 sends a month.
- Business — custom, from $3,900/year. 75 sends a month.
- Enterprise — contact sales.
There is a 14-day free trial of the Team plan, and it does not ask for a card.
The two things the headline price does not tell you
It is per seat. The number you see is one person. Three people on Team is not $41 — it is $123 a month, or $1,476 a year.
Sending is metered, not creating. Proposify says document creation and editing are unlimited, and that is true. The cap is on sends. On Basic that is 10 a month, which is a real ceiling if you quote steadily or send revised versions to the same client.
What it works out at
Per document you are actually allowed to send, Basic is roughly $1.90 and Team roughly $1.37. That framing matters more than the monthly figure, because the cap is the thing most people hit first.
Is it worth it?
For a sales team, often yes. You are buying consistency — shared content, brand control, and an approval path so nothing odd reaches a client. That is worth real money when several people send proposals and the company is judged on all of them.
For one person, it is a lot of governance to pay for. You are buying a review workflow with nobody to review, and a content library you could keep in a document.
Where MyProposer fits
MyProposer is $6.99 a month for the Pro plan, and it is not priced per seat. That covers 100 documents every 30 days across proposals, quotes, contracts and invoices. There is also a Free plan at $0 — two of each document type every 30 days, with AI drafting, interactive quotes, e-signatures and the client CRM included rather than held back — and every new account starts on 30 days of Pro automatically, with no card.
It is a smaller product than most of the tools above, and deliberately so. There are no team seats, no approval workflows and no Zapier or Salesforce integrations. If you need those, buy the tool that has them. If you are one person who wants a good proposal out this afternoon, the maths is hard to argue with. See the plans or start free.
